Increase total active validators from 75 to 80

Summary

If this proposal passes the active validator set will increase from 75 active validators to 80 active validators.

Description

This proposal will increase the number of active validator to 80 in the Omniflix. The last update was done before 3 months, and it was already mentioned that the network could easily assume 80 active seats.

We propose to add 5 seats on the main chain. A lot of new validators are building on the omniflix but not directly as they cannot afford to join the mainnet to have an active seat. We believe at ApeironNodes that every builder on the omniflix should be able to provide an active validating service to maintain atleast a small percentage of the running costs.

Vote YES on the proposal if you are in favor of increasing the active set from 75 validators to 80 validators Vote NO on the proposal if you are NOT in favor of increasing the active set from 75 validators to 80 validators Vote ABSTAIN on the proposal if you intend to refrain from participating in the proposal Vote NO WITH VETO if you see this as a harmful proposal to the future of the network
