Below is the draft proposal to signal for the use of funds for the StreamSwap stream.

Abstract

This is a proposal to signal the transfer of 5M FLIX tokens from the current reserves for the token launch via StreamSwap.

This is ~1.6% of the Supply that will be utilized for the economic (token) launch via StreamSwap Protocol on Osmosis.

Overview

According to the FLIX tokenomics, a total of 5M FLIX have been allocated for the StreamSwap stream. Below is the break down:

• 1M FLIX will be utilized for first stream. This stream will accept OSMO for the FLIX being streamed.
• 10% has been reserved for StreamSwap participation incentives in various ways (i.e. 500,000 FLIX)
• The rest will be used exclusively for StreamSwap streams immediately or over a period of time.
• The community will be informed of all the details via posts on the web3 publication, mirror.xyz/omniflixnetwork.eth and our social accounts.

Use of proceeds

• All proceeds from the StreamSwap streams will be received by the treasury multi-sig account on Osmosis
• 50% will be used for liquidity &
• 50% will be sent to the Foundation for capitalization

The 50% being used for liquidity will be considered as protocol-owned-liquidity (POL), and rewards received will be utilized for further incentivization of LPs (across DEXs) to build increased liquidity for the FLIX token.

Participation Details

Validators & related stakeholders are requested to review the proposal and vote accordingly. The voting options include:

• Vote YES on the proposal if you are in favor of transferring the 5M for StreamSwap to the multisig for stream creation
• Vote NO on the proposal if you are NOT in favor of transferring the 5M for StreamSwap to the multisig for stream creation
• Vote ABSTAIN on the proposal if you intend to refrain from participating.
• Vote NO WITH VETO if you see this as a harmful proposal to the future of the network.
